Ellen, Co-Founder, has always dreamed of building something meaningful. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, she grew up surrounded by the belief that business is about people first. In the midst of the pandemic, while welcoming a new baby and moving her family of five from Chicago back home to New Jersey, she took a leap of faith. After the loss of her father, creating Ocean Brew Market became more than a dream; it became a way to honor her family, bring joy to her mom, and build something rooted in love and connection.

Today, alongside partners who believed deeply in the vision, Ocean Brew Market stands as a reflection of that heart.
